4 Tablespoons Oil
5 Cloves
2 Green Cardamom
1 Star Anise (Crushed)
1 Teaspoon Pepper Corns
2 Onion (Sliced)
1 Teaspoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
3.35 Cups Warm Water
1 Pinch Salt
4 Green Chillies (Slit)
4 Cups Mixed Vegetable (carrots, beans, cauliflower, potatoes and peas)
1.35 Cups Rice (Boiled)
4 Tablespoons Coriander Leaves (Chopped)
2 Cinnamon (1 Inch Pieces, Crushed)
Heat oil in a pressure cooker and add cinnamon, cloves, green cardamom, peppercorns, and star anise. Add onions and sauté till golden brown.
Add the ginger garlic paste and cook till the raw smell goes away. Now, add the vegetables and mix well.
