Jeera-Aloo is a classic dry Indian dish, which is extremely easy to make and absolutely delicious in taste! This simple stir-fry is made with basic Indian spices, boiled potatoes and cumin, which is the star of the dish! 1 Sachet MAGGI Masala-ae-Magic
2 Tablespoons Oil
1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds
0.5 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
1 Pinch Salt (To Taste)
500 gms Potato (Boiled & Cut Into 1 Inch Cubes)
2 Tablespoons Coriander Leaves (Chopped)
Prepare ingredients as mentioned in the list.
Heat the oil in a karahi and add the jeera. Once they start to splutter, add the red chilli powder and fry for half a minute.
Add the potatoes and mix well. Sauté for 2-3 minutes and then add salt to taste.
Add MAGGI Masala-ae-Magic, mix it well and sauté for 2 minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot!
