3/4 tin NESTLÉ MILKMAID
1 cup NESTLÉ a+ Toned Milk
1/2 cup NESTLÉ EVERYDAY Shahi Ghee
5 Chopped Cashew Nuts
6 Chopped Pistachios
8 Chopped Almonds
800 gms Finely Grated Pumpkin (Kaddu)
2 tbsp Desiccated Coconut
1 tsp Elaichi Powder
Heat NESTLÉ EVERYDAY Ghee in a pan/karahi, add the chopped cashew nuts, pistachio, and almonds. When they turn light brown, add the grated pumpkin and sauté for 5 minutes.
Add NESTLÉ a+ Toned Milk and cook until the pumpkin is tender. Mash well and cook till almost dry. Sprinkle the desiccated coconut and stir well.
Add NESTLÉ MILKMAID and stir continuously until the mixture is thick. Sprinkle cardamom powder and mix well. Then remove from the flame. Serve hot.
