VEGETABLE CUTLETS RECIPE (DIABETIC FRIENDLY) RECIPE
1 Sachet-MAGGI Masala-ae-Magic
0.5 Cup-Carrot (cut into cubes)
0.5 Cup-Beans (Cut into 2” thin slices)
0.5 Cup-Green Peas (Chopped)
2-Green Chillies (Chopped)
1 Teaspoon-Ginger (Finely Chopped)
1-Potatoes (medium, boiled and chopped)
100 gms-Paneer (Cut into 1” cubes)
2 Tablespoons-Coriander Leaves (Chopped)
0.25 Pinch-Salt (To Taste)
1.5 Tablespoons-Oil
Cook carrot, beans and green peas, green chillies and ginger in ½ cup water till the vegetables are cook and the mixture is totally dry. Allow to cool and grind to a course paste.
Add potato, paneer, coriander leaves and MAGGI Masala-ae-Magic and mix well. Adjust salt to taste.
Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape it into round cutlets.
Heat a nonstick tava and shallow fry the cutlets in oil.
Serve hot with green chutney.
