Enjoy the taste of the tropics with this irresistible Mango Cheesecake recipe. It is an incredibly delicious dessert that is creamy and tangy, and oh-so-delicious.
1 tin Nestlé MILKMAID
100 g (15 Biscuits) Low sugar biscuits
3 tbsp Melted Butter
2 tbsp Gelatin
½ cup (75ml) Water
1 pack (200ml) Cream
200 ml Pureed Fresh Mango
200g Grated Paneer
¼ tsp Mango flavor (optional)
For Decoration
50 g Chopped Mango
Crush the biscuits finely. Add melted butter and mix well. Press this onto a greased shallow glass dish/ loose bottom pie dish and chill for 10 minutes.
Soak gelatin in ½ cup water for 10 minutes. Dissolve over a pan of hot water.
Whip cream and chill till thick.
Blend together the grated paneer, Nestlé MILKMAID, dissolved gelatin, and mango flavor using a beater.
Add mango puree and blend for another minute. Gently fold the whipped cream into the paneer- Milkmaid mixture.
Pour onto the chilled biscuit layer and let it set in refrigerator. Decorate with mango pieces.
